Swiss International Property Advisors S.A. (SIPA) is a dynamic and entrepreneurial private equity group focused on real estate investments in European emerging markets.
SIPA is a Swiss registered company with its main office in Lausanne, canton Vaud. We offer investors and end-users access to unique real estate projects in new and growing markets. Through our network of international developers and construction firms, we select high-end residential building projects in prime locations with affordable entry prices and very high building and design standards.
Investments
SIPA seeks to identify value-priced real estate investment opportunities in emerging markets. We have been deeply involved in Bulgarian property markets, both on the Black Sea Coasts and in mountain resorts, over several years and we remain firmly convinced that these markets will flourish further over the coming years. The country has a glorious climate for summer and winter tourism, a rich and vibrant culture and a very stable political system (member of both Nato and the European Union).
