Where We Invest - Balchik

Balchik is a seaside town in the Southern Dobruja area of northeastern Bulgaria. It is situated 42 km northeast of Varna and 35 km from Dobrich in a beautiful inlet. The population is about 14,000. Albena, one of the biggest Bulgarian resorts is only 10 km away. There is regular bus transport, numerous route taxis and private minibuses, taxis and water transport to Varna and Albena.  On the north /35 km/ the furthest eastern point of Bulgaria - cape Kaliakra juts out deep into the sea.

The town sprawls scenically along hilly terraces descending from the Dobruja plateau to the sea. The Balchik area is going to become soon an attractive location both for investment and traveling with the development of the golf tourism. The engagement of the world class designers as Gary Player and Ian Woodsman will make the country preferred European golf destination and flourish the tourism in the area.
