Price Increase Varna Q1 2008

The National Statistical Institute has just released quarterly numbers for real estate prices in Bulgaria in the first quarter of 2008. The numbers can be seen by clicking the link below. Note that the nominal values are AVERAGE for the various districts.
Executive Summary:
Overall national price growth: +6.8% Q4 2007 → Q1 2008
Varna : +8.2% Q4 2007 → Q1 2008
Smolyan: -1.5% Q4 → Q1 2008
